For Leafact, an app that challenges employees to adopt eco-friendly habits in both their work and personal lives, I worked on a smaller yet highly engaging project. The goal was to advance the company’s sustainability initiatives through better user experience and behavioral design.
I was responsible for redesigning key processes, focusing on how users approach challenges aimed at changing their behavior toward more sustainable habits. Using Leafact’s customer research, I collaborated with the client to map current behaviors, the desired changes, and the barriers preventing users from adopting those behaviors.
We applied these insights to redesign one key challenge, which will serve as a blueprint for future challenges. In addition, I developed a token-based design system in Figma, covering essential tokens, base values, and the components needed for the new UX flows. This system empowers Leafact to maintain consistency and scale their designs efficiently, even as they continue to work with other designers.
