Project description

During my time at Intergamma, I worked closely with the Loyalty & Retention and Checkout teams to improve user engagement, streamline checkout processes, and increase brand consistency across GAMMA and Karwei platforms. My key contributions included:

  • Design System: Co-created and deployed a token-based Intergamma Design System, bringing consistency and efficiency across both brands.
  • Loyalty Team Projects (highlights):
    • Developed a new login and sign-up flow, effectively addressing conversion challenges.
    • Redesigned the 'My Account' and 'My Purchases' sections, making them more intuitive and helping reduce customer support inquiries.
  • Checkout Team Projects (highlights):
    • Optimized delivery options, expanded payment methods, and improved discount mechanisms for loyalty programs, all contributing to notable conversion gains.
    • Executed A/B tests and iterative design updates, continually improving checkout performance.

In addition to design, I maintained two UX backlogs, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality, actionable designs. I also led targeted design research and fostered design thinking within the organization, helping to advance Intergamma’s UX standards and fostering a culture of user-centric improvement. My approach combines an understanding of user needs with strategic data use, driving successful and impactful design solutions.
